Let us not grow weary of doing good (Gal. 6:9)
Let us all be ready in and out of season
To reprove and rebuke with complete patience (2 Tim. 4:2)
To boldly preach God’s Word and tear down the myths (2 Tim. 4:4)

We shine His light to the world
A lamp put on the stand for all to see (Matt. 5:14)
When we’re reviled and cursed (Matt. 5:11; 1 Cor. 4:12)
We’re sanctified in truth and given peace (John 17:17; 14:27)

We’ll rejoice in that day (Luke 6:23)
They maligned Jesus in the same way (Matt. 10:25)
We’ll be strong, fight the good fight (Eph. 6:10; 1 Tim. 6:12)
When we’re hated for the sake of Christ (Matt. 10:22)
We know, we must be doing something right
Doing something right

Let us not be quarrelsome, it does no good (2 Tim. 2:14; 24)
Let’s be kind to everyone, rightly handling the truth (2 Tim. 2:24, 15)
Correcting our opponents with gentleness and love (2 Tim. 2:25)
Blessing when reviled in good conscience (1 Peter 3:9, 16)

We are the salt of the earth
But if it loses its taste, how can it be restored? (Matt. 5:13)
We’ll share in suffering
With Christ Jesus as His good soldiers (2 Tim. 2:3)
