By the look of things, I would say
The enemy has conquered, what's the use anyway
Why keep fighting, our kids are dying
Even before they see the light of day

People rise up and they say,
'Where's your God? Has he moved away?'
What do I say in reply to all of this?
Why, oh why, God, all this darkness?

And then I hear a voice, like no other voice
This is what it says to awaken the army

Look at the nations, watch an be amazed
I'm gonna do something great in your days
You wouldn't believe it even if you were told
Look at the nations, watch and be amazed

By the look of things you might feel
We're defeated, but that's not real
I see an army rising in the valley
Like there's never been or ever gonna be

The enemy's plans, they will fail
He will fall in the pit he dug himself
Satan knows that his time is short
Before the love of God overtakes the earth
