And told me of the newborn baby
And how his name was just like mine
All was well and going fine

How I wanted to be with you
Just one chance to hold my nephew
A curious bond these family ties
Strong and safe across the miles
Yesterday you phoned me crying
And said the little boy was dying

There's no way to share the pain

Winds of sorrow – winds of laughter

A quiet melody of joy
