NC Trooper Pulls Over Speeding Couple & Helps Deliver Baby

A local state trooper caught someone speeding. They were going 85 miles per hour so he pulled them over. Turns out the driver's wife was in labor and he was rushing to the hospital. Since they weren't going to make it in time the trooper helped deliver the baby on the side of the road.
