Garett Russell started the band Silent Planet in 2009, during his Freshman year of college. He graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, then going on to received his Master's Degree in Psychology from Fuller School of Clinical Psychology in 2014.
