and a little boy who loved to watch him work
He learned to carve the wood and He learned to drive a nail

Can you see Him in the temple, just a lad of twelve years old
who astonished all the teachers with His words
He faced them without fear. He knew just what to say

We're looking everyday to see our Lord appear.

With the angels He's appearing in the clouds

every eye will see Him coming down
and though we may not know the day or hour
for a thousand years we'll sing a victory song
Satan will be bound. The lamb and lion will lay down
