And own up to fear, (the fear to be alone)
Alone in my head, (and headed for a fall)
A fall without wings. (without wings, we will fail)

One thing I know, (there is faith beneath the fear)
One thing I see, (I can see it through the tears)

But I still believe, (we are ashes in the wind)
Like wind in our face, (we face up to the truth)
And truth is a word, (a word that comes from God)
And God is alive. (and that I still believe)

In so many ways, (ways that are beyond)
Our ability to see, (we are tiny grains of sand)
Each one precious in love, (no matter what we do)
Or how many times. (we turn our back on you)
